These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ChiefOS website, mobile application, and digital check-in platform (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which together form a legally binding agreement between you and AMIIGO.AI LTD (“ChiefOS”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.
ChiefOS provides digital tools and infrastructure that simplify the check-in and crew-management process within the yacht charter and maritime travel industries.
Users may access ChiefOS either directly or through a referral partner, such as a charter company, travel agent, or insurer.
Regardless of how a user joins, all registrations, accounts, and services are provided directly by ChiefOS, and ChiefOS remains the sole data controller and operator of the platform.
Referral partners may introduce users to ChiefOS but have no access to, or control over, user accounts, data, or activities within the platform.
ChiefOS is not responsible for the accuracy, conduct, or terms of any third-party offers, and any engagement with such partners is at the user’s discretion.
By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
If you are using the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
You may need to create an account to use certain features of the Services.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your credentials secure and confidential.
You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately at privacy@chiefos.online.
ChiefOS is not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You shall not:
ChiefOS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in misuse or unlawful activity.
When you purchase ChiefOS products or subscriptions directly from us, you agree to pay all applicable fees as displayed at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed securely through approved payment providers, and ChiefOS does not store complete card details.
For third-party services accessed through referral partners, payment is made directly to the third-party provider, either via their website or at the location of service.
ChiefOS does not act as an agent or intermediary in such transactions and is not responsible for payment disputes, refunds, or service delivery between users and external providers.
Where required by law, ChiefOS issues invoices or receipts in compliance with applicable tax regulations.
All intellectual property rights in and to the Services, including software, design, content, graphics, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to ChiefOS.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for their intended purpose.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process your personal data.
ChiefOS acts as the sole data controller for all personal data collected through the platform.
Referral partners may direct users to ChiefOS but do not have access to user data.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and consent to the processing of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
ChiefOS strives to provide reliable and continuously available Services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Maintenance, updates, and unforeseen issues may cause temporary interruptions.
We may modify or discontinue certain features at any time without notice.
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
While ChiefOS takes reasonable measures to maintain a secure and stable platform, we do not warrant that the Services will be free of bugs, interruptions, or technical issues.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChiefOS disclaims all express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
ChiefOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or relating to your use of the Services, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
In any case, ChiefOS’s total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of £100 (one hundred pounds) or the total amount paid by you to ChiefOS in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChiefOS, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claim, loss, or expense (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
ChiefOS may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, engage in unlawful activity, or risk the integrity of the Services.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately, though clauses relating to intellectual property, liability, and governing law shall remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tel Aviv, Israel, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
If you are a consumer residing in the EU or UK, you may also have rights to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes.
The latest version will always be available on our website.
Significant updates will be communicated by email or in-app notification before they take effect.
